Cacao Mylk From The Yoga Co

INGREDIENTS
Serves 3

750ml Mylk (Coconut Mylk, Hazelnut Mylk & Almond Mylk are our favourites for this!)
2 x Tablespoons of 100% Raw Cacao Powder
5 x Mejool Dates in 100ml boiling water

METHOD
Put the dates in a bowl and add the boiling hot water and cover for a few minutes until they are soft and gooey, keep stirring the dates until you have a sweet caramelise water.
Add the mylk and cacao to the blender / nutribullet and add the dates with half of the sweetened date-water. Blend and add to a tall glass with some ice and enjoy!
